Social Media Manager

Adroit is looking for a dynamic and talented Social Marketing Manager to join our team. The candidate must have following skills

The major job responsibilities will include the following:

  • Creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with company’s goal and target audience.
  • Designing and creating engaging content (both graphics and video) for various social media platforms.
  • Monitoring social media performance using analytics tool and making regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaign
  • Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in using tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook meta suite, or similar platforms.
  • Creating and implementing a strong performance marketing strategy and the complete execution.
  • Budget management of digital channels and campaigns across all digital media to ensure maximum return on investments and efficient CAC.
  • Planning, developing and running effective marketing campaigns and digital prospecting.
  • Making sure the key traffic KPIs are met via both, organic and paid media channels.
  • Identifying new revenue streams and testing those channels to meet established metrics.
  • Working simultaneously as a team with the management in order to share funnel conversion improvement strategies and provide feedback.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify target audiences, optimize targeting parameters, and refine audience segmentation strategies.
  • Knowledge of AI(Artificial Intelligence) tools will be a plus.

Basic requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media or communications.

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in the similar role

·       Analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behavior trends to drive actionable results.

·       Expert in building revenue, traffic and audience using paid and organic advertising methods.


Content Creation Tools: Strong grip on graphics and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, After effects, or InVideo for creating visually appealing content.

Analytics Tools: Social media analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Insights to measure the performance of posts and campaigns.

Social Media Advertising Tools: For running paid campaigns, platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager are essential.
